    It appears to be used to either use or access new AmigaDOS 3.x GadTools
   such as BOOPSI Class gadgets, and maybe add to use them under AmigaDOS 2
   as well, but this is only a guess and may be wrong.

    Can be found on the "CDPD III" CD-ROM in Programming/C/ObjectiveGT.
